- Sie entlasten in der Projektabwicklung mit Partnern im In- und Ausland; hierzu gehören die Unterstützung des Teams im Verkaufsprozess und bei Vertragserstellung, bei Recherchen und Messevorbereitungen, Datenversand und die Begleitung von Freigabeprozessen
- Sie übernehmen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Team die Bearbeitung der Belege inkl. Versand an Urheber und sind für die Archivpflege zuständig
- Sie stehen in regelmäßigem Kontakt mit Kreativen und informieren Autoren über neue Lizenzvergaben und Auslandsausgaben von Büchern und Spielen
- Sie überwachen und betreuen Abrechnungs-prozesse und sind eine wichtige Schnittstelle zur Buchhaltung
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium in den Bereichen BWL, Marketing, Sales, Medien, Verlagswesen o. Ä.
- Sie bringen Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Verlag, Buchhandel oder in einer literarischen Agentur mit
- Sie sind ein Organisationstalent, arbeiten eigenständig und strukturiert und denken lösungsorientiert
- Sie weisen sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten auf
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab
