Senior Licensing Management Specialist - Stuttgart, Deutschland - Advantest
Beschreibung
Manage the central database for collecting and maintenance all entitlements- Drive improvements of processes and tools for entitlement management
- Initiate and monitor the annual recertifications of user rights
- Lead quality assurance and monitoring of all relevant processes and data records in the licensing back office
- Create entitlement concepts on a technical level in cooperation with the departments Marketing, Sales and R&D
- Run regular spot checks of entitlement management processes
- Present entitlement management data analysis with recommendations for actions
Requirements:
- BSc/MA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
- Several years of experience in License/Entitlement Management, practical IT/ERP expertise, BI Developer background, or similar role
- Background in data warehouse design, Database experience (MS-SQL), Basic Linux skills and experience with SOAP and REST interfaces
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player, good selfmanagement and coordination skills
- Ability in working effectively across multiple levels, multiple cultures and time zones
- English is a must, German is preferred
