Embedded in the European Contact Center team at our site in Boeblingen, you perform clerical support administrative duties using prescribed procedures, but it also requires your flexibility and creativity to work on solutions for complex customer situations in our dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As Business Support Coordinator you will daily interact with our European customers regarding service and support inquiries such as:- Call management
- Part order fulfillment and return tracking
- Trade quoting for services and parts
- Order management (billing)
- Dispatching of onsite resources (people and parts)
- Contract and pre/post sale inquiries
Requirements:
- Commercial degree / industrial apprenticeship
- Expertise in using Microsoft Office365 tools
- Service orientation
- Strong team player and open communicator
- Ability to effectively plan and multitask
- Ecellent German communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
