For our European headquarters in Hamburg-Allermöhe we are looking for you with immediate effect as
Technical Purchasing Employee (M/F/d) - specialising in merchandise planning and inventory management.

Product group: oils and care products_

Your tasks:

You will be responsible for determining requirements and merchandise planning for technical products
You will take on a variety of tasks in connection with the procurement of goods and order entry for our central warehouse and our branches
Monitoring delivery dates, monitoring backlogs and reconciling order confirmations are also part of your area of responsibility
You will also communicate with suppliers and internal departments alike
You will work closely with incoming goods and invoice control and will be responsible for checking and maintaining purchasing conditions in the system
In the medium term, you will assist with product range and pricing as well as preparations for marketing activities on the purchasing side

Your profile:

You have completed commercial training and have experience in the areas of purchasing and/or procurement
You have a high affinity for numbers, an independent way of working as well as organizational skills and conscientiousness
Ideally, you already have knowledge of SAP or have worked with comparable ERP systems
You are also experienced in dealing with suppliers in person and in writing and have a good command of English.
Your profile is rounded off by team spirit, resilience, flexibility and fun at work. You are always service and customeroriented.
