General:

We are a growing team, leading Mobimeo towards Agile excellence to increase our impact in changing the way people move.

In this role, you will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams that own the product vision and are responsible for all product development activities.

In terms of our organizational structure, your colleagues will be Scrum Masters / Agile Coaches and Delivery Managers who are responsible for getting our products shipped to the market, fostering a healthy delivery culture.

The Agile Delivery division is an integral part of our Engineering department, directly reporting to the CTO.

Your Responsibilities:

Support and coach developing teams in all aspects of selforganization daily meetings, planning, collaboration, iterative development, tooling etc.
Facilitate agile ceremonies not by default but a on a demand basis to empower teams
Assist to actively identify and remove impediments that slow delivery
Mediate teams though conflicts and help with making decisions
Promote mindsets and attitudes in which agile values and principles are anchored
Empower selforganization and lean thinking within the entire delivery lifecycle, enabling teams to continuously improve and refine their agile practices
Create a continuous improvement mindset of teams through health checks / maturity models and use relevant metrics for teams to assess and organically grow
Help us define the future of Agile Coaching in our organization

Your Profile:

Basic technical understanding of the software development process (coding, testing, delivery, monitoring)
General understanding of the concept of agility, ideally completion of first courses during studies
An agile, customeroriented mindset and the ability to convey the agile attitude
Strong communication skills
High level of empathy and ability to help our crossfunctional teams to deal with situations of conflict or uncertainty
The willingness to take on different roles as required, e.g. coach, trainer, mediator or facilitator
