Indirect Purchaser (M/F/d) part-time (32 hours):

Your Tasks
Obtaining quotes & comparing quotes as well as processing purchase orders and purchase requisitions
Followup on purchase orders to ensure ontime delivery and manage order confirmations
Implementation of procurement processes in supplier tools/eProcurement solutions
Support in negotiations with suppliers
Enter and review procurement documents and maintain data in ERP system (SAP S4/HANA)
Preparation of evaluations, statistics and reports and derivation of improvement and savings measures
Communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers

Your Profile

Successfully completed commercial education or business administration studies
Relevant professional experience in the commercial field, ideally in purchasing
Confident handling of MS-Office and SAP
Business fluent German and English language skills required, both written and spoken
Independent, thorough and structured way of working as well as quality awareness
Strong teamwork and communication skills
