Project Management Intern/ Working Student (f/m/d):

Your Responsibilities:

Assist Project Managers on the daytoday responsibilities of planning, tracking and reporting to ensure a smooth project implementation and timely deliveries
Plan and prepare key project meetings, documenting key discussions and action items and follow up on project tasks with shore

- and ship-side stakeholders

Help develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports
Conduct research, analyze data, and contribute to improvement initiatives within the project

Your Profile:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, engineering, maritime business or any related field
First professional experience, especially in project management and organizational tasks
High motivation and dedication to the success of the project which might require going the extra mile
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
Detailoriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders as English is our company language
Proficiency in Office 365 and MS Project
