In your new role you will:


  • Develop or further
    improve ESD
    methodologies and tools
-
Prepare and
execute test-benches to verify the
performance of ESD circuits:

  • Support the
    development of new
    ESD circuits:
  • Create
    ESD models for complete ICs for System Level simulations:
  • Measure the
    electrical characteristics of semiconductor devices on wafers:
  • Improve Python/SKILL scripts for data
    handling and Graphical User Interfaces (GUI)
You are best equipped for this task if you:

  • Have good understanding of
    semiconductor physics and electron devices:
  • Already
    gained experienced in Python programming , or other scripting languages like SKILL
  • Have first
    experience with SPICE simulators and electrical measurement equipment:

  • Are interested in Cadence Virtuoso suite (schematic, layout and simulation):
