Job description:


  • Independent customer care from receipt of order to delivery
  • Order processing according to SOP or IOP
  • Preorganization train / truck / barge
  • Document review and preparation for customs clearance
  • Use of the Esolution tool IRIS, if necessary customer portal
  • Milestone maintenance; Ensure IRIS compliance
  • Control of incoming invoices, processing in Poseidon
  • Invoicing mainly by means of autorating

Applicant's profile:


  • Completed forwarding training
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Communication skills, persuasiveness and are a team player
  • Confident knowledge of spoken and written English
