To be eligible for the VIE program, you must
be European, aged between 18-28 old and graduated from a master/engineering degree

As part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship.

  • The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world_


We are looking for an
Logistic Process development VIE who will provide support to the
Automotive Seating Department, and who will be based in
Stadhagen, Germany.


The mission will last
12 months [renewable 12 more months.]

Here are the main responsibilities of this role:

  • Coop in Design Road Map for Transfer and planning of Means, to move Spare Parts from Sister sites to Stadthagen
  • Lead Activities on Stock take before Transfer from Current Placement of Spare Parts Storage Stadthagen.
  • Lead Communication within FAU IT Level 2 team and Logistic Disposition of Both Sites
  • Output
  • Blueprint management based on Standard Transfer guide for STADTHAGEN
  • Spare Parts.
  • Action Plan Followup on open tasks and new tasks to be secured
  • Lead Process of Warehouse infrastructure and Sizing transformation, according to transferred Stock results and agreed blueprint.
  • Secure System Setup for Spare parts and Initial Run for First Ship Out
  • Support Subcontracted Teams for Physical Transfer of Stock
  • Handover to Users handover Process to Serial Life Logistic for Purchase parts
  • Lead Spare Parts for Transferred Group.
  • Master's Degree in Industrial Logistic
  • Experience with Layout Planning for Storage and warehouse,
  • Experience in Automotive environment welcome.
  • High Skills in Excel and Heavy data base calculations, macros and above avg. formulas.
  • Basic to intermediate experience with SAP,
  • Chaotic Storage Principle and Use experience.
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in German
