_TASKS_:


  • Identification and approach of possible partners or providers of onshore/PV development projects
  • Responsible of building new relationships across the renewable energy market and maintain close contact with the existing network seeking for potential collaborations for codevelopment of wind and PV projects
  • Independent negotiation for the initiation of strategic cooperation and, as a result, identification of economically attractive projects or project pipelines
  • Identification of suitable project areas, negotiation with land owners and acquisition of areas for renewable energy projects, coordination of external land agents
  • Responsible of the development of own wind and photovoltaic projects as well as coordination of our external development partners.
  • Negotiation and support in the drafting of leasing, utilisation, design and urban development contracts with landowners and authorities. Relying on legal and technical teams.
  • Close contact with community representatives and other political and planning authorities, presentation of the project plans internally and to the authorities in order to obtain their approval
  • Determining the need for planning documents (maps, lists of property owners, etc.), manage their procurement and ultimately their analysis or evaluation.
  • Accompaniment of urban land use planning, coordination of the building permit procedure
  • Coordination with energy supply companies regarding grid connection and contract design
  • Coordination with corporate specialist departments (technical planning, purchasing, sales, etc.)
  • Establishment of the project structure, coordination of project scheduling, responsibility for project documentation

_PROFILE_:


  • Several years of professional experience in the development and acquisition of development projects onshore and/or PV in the German market
  • Extensive network in the wind and solar industry and excellent knowledge of the market situation in Germany especially in the regions of
    Mecklenburg Vorpommern, Brandemburg, Sachsen and/or Sachsen Anhalt:
  • Open sales personality with a high degree of initiative
  • Excellent negotiating skills, assertiveness and a responsible working style
  • Sound experience in the evaluation of wind energy and/or PV projects in all development phases
  • Knowledge of real estate law and environmental law would be an advantage
  • Strong willingness to be mobile
  • Native German and fluent in English (Spanish will be valuable)
