    As a Lead Commerce Consultant*, you will be playing a crucial role in the acquisition of new commerce projects, acting as a subject matter expert for commerce throughout the acquisition process. You will guide clients through the discovery phase, gathering business processes and requirements, showcasing our capabilities and the potential commerce solution and crafting tailored solutions that meet their unique business needs. Your leadership will extend through the lifecycle of commerce projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery that exceeds client expectations.

    • Act as the primary subject matter expert during commerce project acquisitions, confidently presenting our strengths and aligning our services with client needs.
    • Lead the discovery phase for potential projects, identifying client requirements, and devising strategic solutions that leverage our expertise in commerce.
    • Oversee the execution of commerce projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, maintaining open lines of communication and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively, achieving desired outcomes.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and developments, continuously enhancing our offerings and maintaining our competitive edge.
    Qualifikationen
    • Proven expertise in commerce, with a strong background in leading project acquisitions and discovery phases.
    • Deep understanding of Manufacturing, Retail or FMCG Industry
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
    • Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of successfully delivering commerce projects.
    • Strategic thinker, with the ability to identify opportunities and craft innovative solutions.
    • Deep understanding of the commerce industry and its trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical, client-focused manner.
    • Hands on experience of Salesforce (Commerce), SAP Commerce Cloud, Commerce tools or any other relevant commerce solution
    • Fluent German & English skills, French would be a plus
