Location(s):Germany MunichFor a renowned European institution in the heart of Munich, infeurope is looking for a multilingual Customer Service Agent with strong communication skills.


Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • First point of contact for the international customers of a prestigious European Institution in Munich
  • User guidance on the organisation webpage to ensure applicants and companies understand the patent procedures
  • Customer data management and maintenance in various data management tools

Your Profile:


  • Fluency in German and English (French would also be an advantage)
  • Preferably previous experience in customer care or hospitality
  • Passionate about customer care and ability to work in a dynamic customer service environment
  • Ability to pick things up quickly and wants to learn new things
  • Customer focused with experience of managing complex enquiries
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organisational and problem solving skills
  • Team player who enjoys working in a crossfunctional, diverse and international team
