We are looking for you as a
Data Scientist (M/F/d)
We offer a fulltime position (40h/week) in one of our locations in either Heidelberg, Berlin, Leipzig or Munich. The offer includes the option of working several days per week in the mobile office.

Your Mission:

Designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
Creating and maintaining machine learning data products (i.e. predictive modeling) with stakeholders from Product, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service or Management
Collaborating in crossfunctional teams, including Product Owners, Business Analysts or Software Engineers
Scalable endtoend model deployment in our main stack with AWS / Python / Streamlit
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Data Science and propose proactively new solutions to approach our biggest data and business challenges.

Your essential experience and education:

Strong background in mathematics, statistics, econometrics or similar expertise
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
You're a team player
Familiar with computer science and programming (AWS / Python / SQL)
Your communication skills allow you to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
Track record in a Businessrelated context is advantageous
Experience with the deployment of models with AWS + Python are beneficial
Motivation to engage in clean code principles, version control, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, AWS / cloud principles. (Experience is not a prerequisite)
