Intern: 6G Wireless Communications Prototyping (M/F/x)

Although the deployment of 5G has only just begun, the focus of researchers in academia and industry is already shifting to the 6th generation of wireless communications.

Similar to 5G, NI wants to be on the leading edge and is preparing for the next technology wave.

Your Tasks

Become part of our research team and help us to investigate how
machine learning can be used in
6G wireless systems and what needs to be considered when validating these systems.

Depending on your abilities, make improvements on specific
simulations or conduct
experiments to verify and quantify new ideas.

Your Qualifications

Student (M/F/x) of Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with focus on communication systems, in the 5th semester or higher
Basic knowledge in
Machine Learning
Digital signal processing (e.g., OFDM)
Linux & Python
Interest in handson experimentation and prototyping
Selforganized and structured working style
Fluency in German or English
Compulsory internship (duration: 6 months)
