Role Summary:

In charge of technical project management for both development and deployment projects.

Manage the deployment of CX platform at customer sites and their integration with hospital Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other system part of the Hospital ecosystem.


Your work scope:


  • Supervise the entire project life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, scope management,performance monitoring, and project closure for each customer engagement.
  • Coordinate codevelopment projects with thirdparty organizations, collaborating with variousdepartments like Product and Engineering, and serving as a liaison with partners to align on projectscope and deliverables.
  • Manage customer engagements for EHR integration, utilizing a range of interoperability standards.
  • Ensure program success by facilitating alignment among key stakeholders, including informationtechnology, administration, and clinical specialties.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction among both internal and external stakeholders.

Your background:


  • Exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively manage project delivery forinternal and external stakeholders.
  • Possess the ability to bridge communication between technical and business areas, ensuring acomprehensive understanding of project requirements and successful delivery.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes/Docker, Linux, andVMWare for software deployment within hospital infrastructures, is a plus.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or hospital IT is a bonus.
  • Possess project management certification such as PMP or Prince.
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Possess at least 5 years of experience in a project leadership role, involving project planning and implementation.
  • Possess a deep understanding of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
  • Have knowledge of clinical standards like SNOMED, LOINC, ICD, etc., including segment and data types within HL7 messages (ADTs, ORUs, ORMs, DFT, etc.).
  • Demonstrate experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) integration engines, their capabilities, and the transmission of various HL7 message types via HTTP(s) and TCP/IP.
