Scientific Lab Analytics of Drug Delivery for New Modalaties VS - VS 2 (M/F/d)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide profound analytical know how and indepth understanding of drug substance and drug product to support formulation development
  • Establish novel drug delivery technologies (nanoscale vectors, new lipidic excipients, LNPs, permeation enhancer) focusing on new modality
(i.e. peptides, lipids, RNA, PROTACs) approaches

  • Use stateoftheart technologies and develop new analytical and quantifying methods for drug products and their formulations to provide
high-quality development products

  • Create concepts as well as coordinate, execute and evaluate complex scientific studies to solve technical issues
  • Interpret and communicate relevant data to project teams and interface partners including recommendation of potential next steps and path
forward

  • Ensure highquality technical documentation and compliance with all relevant regulations

WHO YOU ARE

  • PhD in pharmacy, chemistry, biology or closely related discipline
  • Several years of experience in analytical development and drug delivery technology
  • Profound experience in drug discovery and/or CMC development
  • Working knowledge of stateoftheart instrumental analytics for drug substances and their formulations (liquid chromatography assessment of
new modalities, thermo analytical methods, mass spectrometry and particle characterization methods)

  • Competencies in chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (API and drug product)
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing innovative crossfunctional projects and validating novel technologies
  • Strong commitment to continuously initiate improvements
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

The personal VS grade will be depending on individual qualifications/experiences and in accordance to German regulations.
