Then come and join our global team as
Trainee (f/m/d) in the Siemens Healthineers Content Lab.**This position is fixed term for 24 months.

Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

As part of your traineeship, you will create editorial content for the various internal and external communication channels (website, social media, intranet, newsletter)
You will also gain insight into the conception and implementation of journalistic formats (e.g. interviews, features, reports, portraits)
As a trainee, you will be responsible for planning and creating content for social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and the creation of multimedia content (e.g. videos, infographics, podcasts)
You will be responsible for monitoring internal and external social media platforms and community management
You will assist with media relations for the trade and technology press
You will be responsible for researching current trends and topics in the field of healthcare and medical technology
You will use data analysis tools and platforms to gain insights into the performance of the content strategy and content on different channels
You will assist in the planning and execution of campaigns and events
You will work closely with other teams in countries, businesses and functions (e.g. HR, marketing, product development)
Your training salary for the traineeship will be 3,998.00 euros gross per month

Your qualifications and experience:

You have completed studies in the field of communication sciences, journalism or comparable qualification
You can demonstrate first practical experience through internships or working student jobs in the editorial field
You have practical experience in the production of multimedia content (e.g. videos, podcasts, animations)
You have experience in journalism, content management, or marketing
You have knowledge of using multimedia production software and tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
Knowledge of SEO and paid media is a plus
You have handson experience with data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Brandwatch)

Your attributes and skills:

You have excellent written and verbal English skills. German skills are a plus
