In addition to our main brand, Primal State, we also have Glow25 - a successful Collagen Company that is revolutionizing the Well-Aging market. Job Title: Senior CRO Manager

Your Role:

As a Senior CRO Manager, you will play a key role in our Conversion Team. Your main focus will be on improving our funnels and online shops through developing, prioritizing, conducting, and evaluating testing ideas. You will work closely with our CRO agency to bring our processes and tools in-house. Moreover, you will be in charge of managing the testing tools and pipeline.

Your Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing A/B tests using ABlyft.
Collaborating with our CRO agency to transition processes and tools in-house.
Working with our Data Team to visualize and communicate test winners, learnings, and insights.
Generating and collecting test hypotheses from across the company.
Identifying the biggest opportunities and bottlenecks in our funnels and online shops.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or Marketing OR equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in CRO principles and practices.
Deep understanding of customer behavior and sales psychology.
Analytical skills and proficiency in data handling.
Basic knowledge of web development and design.
Experience in communication and project management tools like Slack and Asana.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
Knowledge of the Health or Well-Aging market is a plus.
