I am Balu Nair and I moved to Berlin at the end of August to start a new adventure in Germany with a new career. I have over nine years of experience with a mélange of tasks related to digital marketing and e-learning verticals with a key focus on content development, business development, lead generation, social media marketing, team management, training & development, paid search campaigns, budgeting of marketing departments. I was last associated with QS I-GAUGE, India as a Senior Marketing Specialist. My scholastic includes a Master of Creative Advertising from Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Australia, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Madras Christian College, India.

During my career I have gained a wide range of skills that are directly related to your position, these include my ability to:

· Handle marketing strategies, social media management, lead engagement, content management, direct marketing, product knowledge, brands management, content curation, and customer service

· Prove my demonstrated success in B2B & B2C marketing strategy, tactical execution, email marketing, competitive intelligence, and analyst relations

· Utilise Google AdWords and Google analytics along with Facebook, and Instagram in marketing communications

· Trained fresh University graduates to enhance their understanding of the Marketing and Advertising industry and nurture them into marketing professionals.
