Your tasks
- Take ownership of each customer journey, resolving cases through accurate, appropriate and personalised solutions that enhance brand loyalty
- Assist with customer service reporting using Gorgias and Shopify
- Support with the preparation for online collection launches
- Create shipping and customs documents, as well as manage these in our ERP system
- Contribute to dedicated operations projects
- Help the supply chain management team to support them in their daytoday and be flexible on taking on new challenge
Profile:
- Currently enrolled as a student and looking for a 6month compulsory internship as part of your university studies
- Ability to work within a fastpaced environment together with several teams
- Well organized and detailoriented
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with Shopify and NetSuite a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English required, German is a plus
- Legally authorized to take up employment in Germany
- Start: Mid-August or September 2023
