"Professor (f/m/d) for Business Psychology" on a permanent basis as of April 1, 2024.

Your duties:

Conducting courses in German and English, especially in the field of business psychology at the bachelor's and master's level.
Management of the Business Psychology Program
Supervision of our students as well as active participation in the faculty and university administration
Development of research structures at the faculty
Initiation of research proposals and implementation of research projects

Your profile:

Fulfillment of the hiring requirements for professors according to 100 Berl HG.
Proven teaching experience
Willingness to attract external funding and proven research expertise in business psychology
Excellent command of English language, German language skills are a plus
Ability to work independently in a team
Willingness and ability to actively shape learning processes according to the CORE principle
