Recruiting the right talent is hugely important to fulfill our strategy of closing skill gaps in the Viessmann group as well as scaling for global growth.

You will work together with a close-knit team of passionate Recruiters, Employer Branding enthusiasts, and committed hiring teams on a full-cycle recruitment process.

Your Impact:

Build a proactive strategic sourcing plan which ensures a consistently strong pipeline of quality talent for each role. Leverage multiple platforms and approaches, including direct sourcing
Educate and role model standard processes in recruitment to our customers and collaborators. Disseminate standard recruitment guidelines and processes amongst stakeholders and business groups to drive standardized recruitment practices across the Viessmann Group
Act as a social media ambassador. Promote Employer Branding campaigns and actively participate in Viessmann dialogue on social media platforms to drive curiosity about our jobs

Who You Are:

You love to delight your customer with your proactive approach and knowledge of recruitment You are known for coming to every meeting prepared with solutions and insights and have an innovative mindset in generating recruiting solutions that support our organizational goals.

Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or similar
Minimum of 3 years experience in delivering fullcycle recruitment within an international environment and highvolume recruitment
Phenomenal team spirit, with a transparent approach and willingness to work with others in reaching our joint goals
Proficient in German and English
