YOUR TEAM:

The CARIAD Integration Test Center (TI) is responsible for the development of the test concepts, test infrastructure, and operations to ensure validated software releases for usage in vehicle projects of all Volkswagen brands.

Our future scope is to enable the quality of our product based on the principals of CI/CD/CT and therefore test automatization is a key technology we want to follow.

The department "Test Management & Automation" as part of TI is a key enabler to achieve this goal. In order to optimize test operations both comprehensive test management and technically sound test concept development is mandatory.

We are looking for new colleagues who are experienced in state-of-the-art vehicle testing and are eager to build a powerful team to support the development of the leading automotive tech stack.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Development and Implementing Test strategy for the overall CARIAD scope
Align with the other development departments of CARIAD to achieve a 100% test coverage
Advancing automation and validation to achieve most efficient testing times
Ensure with your colleagues the continuous integration and testing of the CARIAD product
Development & Defining new test field concepts and standards based on the latest technologies
Take the budget and resource responsibility for the Test Management team
Drive continuous improvement and innovation

WHO YOU ARE:

Several years of experience in leading and managing teams with strong leadership skills
Strong technical expertise around Integration, Test and Validation of ECU's development
Experienced within Automotive SPICE, ISTQB and other industry standards
Strong leadership skills with the ability to compromise
Excellent people skills
Strong strategic thinking skills
Effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives through experience
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build productive relationships and work well with people at all levels of an organization
High level of communication skills in German and English
