Your responsibilities

You will bring projects to life, coordinate and facilitate workshops and enable teams to contribute to the program/project in an efficient way.
You support in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with sales leadership, crossfunctional teams, and external partners.
You identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing issues to ensure project success.
You will ensure project methodologies as well as roles and responsibilities are well implemented throughout the projects.
You closely work across departments and solve interdependencies as well as find independently synergy possibilities to maximize the outcome of the project.
You engage with business owners, experts and 3rd parties in specific streams or projects to bring them into a working mode.
You coordinate and make sure interfaces between business and IT and 3rd parties in order to asses and solve questions from business and IT within project/program.

What you bring along

You have a Bachelor's degree or above in business (informatics), economics or a comparable degree e.g. innovation and technology management, Scrum (e.g. or SAFe)/ PMP/ Prince project management certificates or trainings are a plus.
You have at least 12 years experience in automotive or retail industry or consultancy, preferred in project management.
You have proven ability to implement ideas/visions into projects/products and manage project management tasks independently between different parties and stakeholders.
You have experience in (digital) transformation or working with the help of agile methodologies.
You have strong skills in project management, stakeholder management and communications.
You understand new proposals/issues/risks quickly and support wise decisions.
You are able to understand both business and IT and translate (supported by implementation partner) business requirements in backlog.
You have the ability to work positively and crossdepartmental with the wide range of individuals involved in program management.
You are fluent in English. Other European language is a plus as well as (professional or intercultural) experiences with Asia / (e.g. China).
