Your Role:

Assist in the evaluation of our HR related KPIs
Manage job postings on all channels
Support HR management activities and recruiting projects
Keep documents and other materials up to date
Contribute own ideas for the further development of existing processes
Support the organization of team events, career fairs and recruiting events

Your Profile:

Studies in business administration, psychology, business psychology or related fields with a focus on HR
First relevant work experience, preferably in a similar industry
Familiar with the basic MS Office tools
The ability to quickly adapt to new challenges
Motivation and willingness to learn
The ability to inspire applicants and internal stakeholders with your open, friendly and confident communication skills
Careful, wellorganized way of working
Fluent in German and English
