DLR GfR mbH offers reliable and safe services in the aerospace sector.

On behalf of the European Commission we operate and monitor the Galileo satellite constellation in the Galileo control center in Oberpfaffenhofen.

Our company headquarters are located where others go on vacation - in the Five Lakes Region in Upper Bavaria near Munich.

At the Oberpfaffenhofen space location, around 250 employees work every day in international and interdisciplinary teams on the navigation of the future.

YOUR MISSION:

Are you a tried-and-tested Human Resources Business Partner and do you enjoy supporting an international workforce with all personnel-related issues and do you like doing this all the more if you can prove your competence as part of a European space project like Galileo?
Do you like the balancing act between classic personnel management, recruiting and the challenge of helping to shape HR processes in the course of constant company growth with your expertise and creative ideas?

Then we, as a current six-strong HR team, look forward to your support as a Human Resources Business Partner in the following areas:

Independent personnel support of a clearly defined department within the DLR GfR in compliance with the relevant laws, collective agreements (TvöD) and company agreements
Advising managers on all personnelrelated and labor law issues and independent implementation of individual personnel measures
Advising domestic and foreign colleagues on all personnelrelated issues
Recruitment of specialists and executives
Creation of employment contracts, references and certificates
Creation of job descriptions according to TVöD classification regulations
Cooperation with the works council in all personnelrelated matters
Administration and maintenance of HR master data in the HR management system rexx
Processing of data as part of queries and key figure definitions (e.g. KPI)
Continuous development of measures for further digitization of the HR area

YOUR QUALIFICATION

Completed studies, e.g. in economics, law or similar with a focus on HR or comparable training
Several years of experience in the field of personnel support, recruitment, consulting and development of employees
At least good knowledge of the TVöD
Specialist knowledge of general labor and works constitution law
Knowledge in project management
Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written (business fluent)
Very good knowledge of the common MS Office programs
Empathy, pleasure in dealing with people and a high degree of service orientation
