Your responsibilities and tasks:


  • Lead a team of 5 project manager, steering our overarching HR agenda
  • Ensure the delivery of our HR projects in the right quality, on time and on budget
  • Ensure alignment of the HR projects with our overall GEA and HR strategy
  • Ensure execution of project governance, controlling, reporting and documentation
  • Drive the further development and implementation of a common project management methodology, standards, and tools
  • Establish a strong project culture with a clear focus on delivering
  • Identify new and innovative project management approaches and tools and embed these in the daytoday activities of the project organization
  • Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the projects are working as productively as possible
  • Remove impediments on project level
  • Foster tight collaboration of project manager, product owner and senior stakeholders
  • Promote project management knowledge sharing and networking within the company
  • Ensure smooth transition of our projects to the standard process

Your profile and qualifications:


  • University degree in Business Administration or similar
- several years of experience in project management in HR or other support functions like Finance or IT, etc.

  • Proven ability to work with different project management methodologies like waterfall and agile
  • Experience in transformation projects is a plus
  • Experience in a management position preferably
- project management certificates are a benefit

  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
