Tasks

  • Develop a pipeline of leads and opportunities, and prioritize them based on their fit with our target customer profile
  • Conduct research on potential clients, and develop a deep understanding of their business needs and pain points
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our software solution
  • Schedule appointments for the Account Executive / Founder to meet with potential clients, and manage the followup process to ensure that the meetings take place
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that generate new leads and opportunities
  • Provide regular reports on the status of the sales pipeline and prospecting activities, and work with the Account Executives / Founder to optimize the sales process
  • Establish a professional sales approach that is consistent with the company's values and mission, and that moves away from founderled sales

Requirements:


  • First experience in sales, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment, and indepth experience in customer acquisition
  • Experience in using LinkedIn CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot and other CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to inspire our prospects and convey a strong and authentic impression of our products
  • Very good organizational and time management skills
  • Distinct problemsolving skills with a creative and analytical approach
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English; further languages are a plus
