About the Position

For our newly founded venture ATOLL Living Spaces GmbH, which was created in cooperation with Blanc & Fischer Familienholding, we are looking for an: n experienced Working Student (M/F/d) with immediate effect.

ATOLL wants to redesign living spaces. To create new opportunities for people to share moments together. Time around cooking, enjoying and experiencing.

Our products convince through functionality, innovation and design. ATOLL offers possibilities for shared living - for extraordinary moments that we like to remember.

Specifically, ATOLL is about two products:
The indoor table ATOLL Mea with integrated induction - for cooking together, enjoying and lingering.

The mobile outdoor kitchen ATOLL Multo with induction technology. Cooking together is thus combined with unique outdoor experiences.

Driven by a clear mission, you will support our Business Operations team as a working student. You will also take responsibility for your own smaller projects.

Requirements:

You are interested in the areas of Customer Operations, Marketing & Sales and Product Management (Hardware).
You are characterised by a professional, careful and independent way of working
You keep a cool head when coordinating and prioritising tasks
You are a team player and can offer our customers and partners an unforgettable service with your handson mentality
You are motivated to contribute your own ideas and approaches to solutions
Motivation, ambition, perseverance and fun in a "never stop learning" culture characterise you
You speak German at a native level

Your tasks

You work independently on small project topics and support the workstreams in their daily work, as well as in the development of new topics and ideas.
In the area of Customer Operations you would find yourself at the interface between customer and production. Here you monitor the status of open and confirmed orders and are in regular contact with customers and our service providers.
You help to improve our existing customer processes and thus ensure the timely and successful fulfilment of orders.
You report and maintain the performance of our operational processes and take care of invoice monitoring and control.
In the hardware area, you would support our product management in working directly on the product. Here you are involved in the further and new development of products.
You keep an eye on the competition and market trends. Or you help with the search, selection and setup of new partners and suppliers.
You are in contact with other departments in order to constantly improve our customer experience.
