YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

You are supporting the team and developing exciting content for our external and internal communication for Bayer's IT
You impress us with your creativity while introducing workshops and trainings
You enjoy designing learning events and supporting their implementation
You are supporting the team in preparing graphics and recruiting initiatives
You coordinate our intern community by scheduling meetings and creating content
You love working in a team and collaborating to bring Bayer's IT to the next level
You're eager to receive constructive feedback and willing to grow personally and business wise

WHO YOU ARE

Your first working experience you are aware of your strength and what benefits you can bring to our team
You're used to work with MS Office programs
You're creative and independent
Your to the point communication and your ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex and new tasks, helps you to perform on a high level
Quick comprehension and fun in learning new things is part of your personality
You're fluent in German and English, both, written and spoken
