We are looking for a

Customer Success Working Student to join our growing team and support our Customer Success Team in guiding customers through their journey, making them successful.

Closely aligned with your customers and our Customer Success-, Sales-, Professional Services-, Product-, Marketing
- and Partner Management teams, you will be working on delivering continuous value.


As a Customer Success Working Student at LeanIX you create an impact having exceptional analytical and advisory skills to support our customers in the best way possible.

You will work alongside our Customer Success Managers for guiding Enterprise customers along their journey - from onboarding to adoption, expansion, and renewal.


Customer Success Working Student - EMEA (f/m/d)
Connected remote, based close to one of our offices in Germany (Bonn, Munich)WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?

  • Working within a great team, supporting, and motivating each other in a culture that welcomes feedback and failure while celebrating our successes
  • Managing your own projects to improve internal processes or customer interactions
  • Shadowing CSMs in customer calls to understand onboarding and continuous Customer Success management through data driven Insights
  • Supporting CSMs in customer interactions (call preparation, followup tasks that come out of calls)
  • Collaborating with our Customer Success, Sales, Professional Services, Product, Marketing and Partner Management teams to stay on top of product updates and inform about changes in resources we share with customers
  • Creating onboarding presentations for customers
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 02 years of relevant working experience working in a SaaS or Tech company
  • Understanding of IT Management and Software Development/Operations in Enterprise organisations
  • Ability and experience to structure and prioritise your work and the work of others
  • Openness to learn and understand customer needs
  • Nice to have: fluency in German or French
