About the role
Due to our dynamic growth, we are currently looking for a

Global Supply Chain Planning Lead

(M/F/d) to take a lead role in maturing our supply chain planning organization and processes.
This position can be located at our company's headquarters in

Munich, at our offices in

Nijmegen or

Tuebingen with remote working options within

Germany and

the Netherlands.

What You Will Do:

You will develop a Global S&OP framework to align roles, processes, and procedures related to supply chain planning across the organization.
You will synchronize Supply Chain Planning cycles and horizons locally and globally.
You will aggregate and roll up planning on global level and liaise with local and regional teams to align towards consensus global planning scenarios.
You will be working closely with finance planning to synchronize and link financial planning with operations planning.
You will develop Supply Chain Scenario Modelling to simulate future demand and supply scenarios in view of financial KPI's and impact on the operational supply network.
You will develop endtoend Supply Chain Planning KPI's to monitor our planning effectiveness and contribution to the strategic business objectives.
You will take a lead role in the global implementation of a new Advanced Planning Solution across our multiERP landscape and establish a key user group to identity, prioritize and drive its improvements.
You will own the change management to mature our global supply chain planning process and supporting our local entities to mature their capabilities.

What You Bring:

Degree in economics, business administration or equal.
Min 510 years' experience in similar roles in operations, supply chain management, S&OP management, demand, and supply planning.
Ability to work effectively across a multicultural matrix organization.
Strong analytical skills, capability to work with large and complex data structures and ability to develop KPI's for data driven decision making.
A customeroriented mindset with a selfstarter attitude.
Technically and digitally inclined with knowledge about "Advanced Planning Solutions".
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, German would be a plus, with intercultural sensitivity.
Knowledge about PV-Industry is a plus.
