Our Strategic Accounts team showcases compelling solution strategies to our largest enterprise customers, to support their business transformation. They work with Clevel executive sponsors to identify which Atlassian solutions best align with their organisational outcomes. They drive new and expansion sales transactions through value selling techniques, big cloud opportunities, and selling business transformation across a portfolio of products.
  • Your future team
  • You will lead and grow a team of experienced Strategic Account Managers (based in Germany), responsible for some of our largest Europeanbased enterprise customers. You will report to our EMEA Head of Sales, Strategic Accounts. We are looking for a team advocate who excels in an organisation that prides itself on an open, honest, and supportive culture.

What you'll do:


  • You will be responsible for your team's performance, direction setting, management, and development of the team
  • You will work with channel leadership on channel strategy and influencing deals
  • You will collaborate with solution engineers, solution architects, and other internal field resources/executives
  • You will share customer insights to help inform Product and GTM enterprise strategies, including the marketing value proposition, market positioning, competitive strategy, Return on Investment, and value analysis

Your background:


  • 5 or more years of sales management experience in a businesstobusiness software sales environment
  • Extensive experience developing gotomarket strategies and corporate sales plans
  • Experience working with a channel sales organisation
  • Experience closing complex sixfigure transactions
  • Experience leading key customer relationships and closing strategic sales opportunities
  • You know how to utilise a CRM system to manage team performance metrics
  • You have hired and onboarded account managers, and have experience developing a team
  • You have experience building and running territories in the DACH region
  • You have a proven track record of exceeding targets
