In particular, our team (Executive Pipeline) aims at developing a talent pipelining mindset.We shape Siemens future and support our digital transformation by identifying, developing and placing great leaders in key business roles.
Therefore, we are looking for a new working student completing our international team. In a flexible working environment, you will support us two days a week at the office and from home.What part will you play?
- You will be part of a global team responsible for identifying, developing, coaching and placing great talents for global core and top functions as well as succession planning for key global positions at Siemens
- You will contribute to the conceptual development of strategic projects to realign the internal People & Organization strategy and prepare these in PowerPoint
- You will support the development and implementation of internal communication concepts to draw attention to the team's activities and find innovative ways to engage executives and high potentials
- In addition, you will relieve us in the analytics and preparation of P&O data to support data driven decisions
- We also count on your support in planning and organizing new events, such as development panels for high potentials
What you need to make real what matters.
- You are currently enrolled at a German university or university of applied sciences, studying business administration, economics, psychology, communications, or a comparable course of study ideally with a focus on human resources and are available to us for approx. 16 hours/week
- Experience in project management and in the HR department of a large corporation is a plus
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking as well as a structured and independent work style makes you stand out
- You have very good written and spoken English skills, as our team operates globally. The majority are native Germans, so a knowledge of German would be a positive addon
- You have a team and collaborative spirit, are fun to work with and like to have a good laugh
- You can start immediately or by arrangement ideally for a duration of at least one year
