You will make an impact in the following way:

  • After appropriate training, second level product support
  • Telephone support and customer support for the commissioning and operation of our software
  • Depending on the need, remote support for troubleshooting
  • Maintenance of the tickets in our ticket system
  • Creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles
  • Support of QA through testing and bug reporting

What you will bring:


  • Education
  • Apprenticeship in IT or comparable experience


  • Experience

  • In IT support, interest in network technologies and its technical possibilities, ideally, experience with network management (SNMP, switches, routers), experience with Debian is an advantage


  • Personality

  • Analytical thinking skills, a structured and independent way of working, high level of service and customer orientation


  • Language proficiency

  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
