What you'll do

Develop, implement and maintain the ISMS and associated processes and procedures in accordance with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC, CSA-Star
Maintenance of the GxP control framework for SAP Cloud Services
Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of the ISMS through regular internal audits and evaluation of external certifications
Conduct risk assessments and analysis to identify vulnerabilities and threats to our IT systems and data
Develop and implement measures to mitigate risk and improve information security, including security awareness programs for all employees
Creation and implementation of training and awareness measures for employees to improve information security
Monitor compliance with security and data protection rules and regulations, including relevant data protection laws
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure GxP requirements are addressed appropriately

What you bring

Degree in information security or related field
At least 7 years of professional experience in the field of information security or related areas
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing ISMS systems and processes and performing risk assessments and analyses
Knowledge of security standards and regulations such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC, CSA-Star and data protection laws.
Experience in cooperation with internal departments and external partners
Excellent communication, presentation, reporting and analytical skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, as well as a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality
Independent, structured way of working (cando mentality)
Knowledge of process optimization and documentation
Very good German and English language skills oral and written
Good GxP knowledge
Certification as a CISSP, CISM, PMP or similar is a plus.
Knowledge in the area of quality management, e.g. through certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt an advantage
