This position will be located at one of our various European facilities, preferably Germany.

Responsibilities:

Identify and promote strategically aligned revenue growth opportunities in the sales territory
Develop and execute the account strategy to achieve top line revenue forecast
Proactively own and drive, review, and update key account plans with the account team
Develop strong relationships at multiple levels within key accounts

- "Consultative selling" with technically oriented customers and bring the voice of the customer back to the business team

Negotiate pricing and longterm contracts
Development and attainment of sales forecast
Regular, effective communication of customers' unmet needs and market trends with the regional and global teams
Provide basic technical support, with support from the Applications Engineer and Product Specialist

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a technical selling environment
Successful experience in selling to large accounts and experience in consultative technical selling
Selfstarter with the ability to work independently
Strong influencer by using excellent interpersonal skills to support both internal team and external customers
Effective organizational skills and attention to details
Strong verbal and written communications skills in English, any other language is an asset
Willingness to travel up to 40%
