Tasks

  • HRBP (75+%):
  • Support and guide your line managers in a trusting and performance driven work environment
  • Be an ambassador and drive the development and implementation of our People and Culture projects to win the hearts and minds of your line managers:
  • Leadership best practices
  • Structured feedbacks sessions
  • Personal career development plans
  • Your base your stakeholder management on data, best practices, and company policies
  • Talent attraction (max 25%):
  • You are holistically responsible for the recruiting process for your departments and position yourself as a competent and experienced Talent Attraction Partner for your hiring managers
  • You define and own the endtoend recruitment process from creating the job ad, sourcing, screening, interviewing to negotiating and closing the offer
  • You create the talent sourcing and acquisition strategy for winning the right talents
  • You coach, challenge, and support your hiring managers. You share best practices and build a trusting and open relationship with all internal stakeholders

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in a Human Resource (or comparable) role, of which at least 2+ years as an Human Resource Business Partner role in an agile environment
  • You proactively engage in stakeholder management and independently develop and implement best practice
  • Strong passion for both building a great place to work and a high performing work environment
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and demonstrate a strong problemsolving mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in English
