Your responsibilities

Bring new ideas on employer branding and HR Marketing, also lead some projects
Supporting facilitation of training programs, workshops and seminars
Supporting on HR visual aid and visual guidelines
Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency
Support employee events

Your qualifications

Having ambition in employee events and promotions
Having ambition in employer branding projects
Good level on visualisation and design tool (MS power point, photoshop, illustrator) is highly appreciated
Strong communication skill
Very good in German and English
