Your tasks:

As a trainee for VGL, you will be supporting our French team with the
maintenance of our content, as well as
daytoday tasks:
Flagging and updating
outdated content:

Database maintenance:

Creation and execution of an FAQ process to help with our rankings

Supporting our Content Lead with
daily management of content
Administration such as
preparation of contracts and invoicing:
You support our French team wherever needed on
various interesting topics and projects:
You also take care of the
maintenance and
order of our topic database

Experience and skills that will help you succeed:

Your
mother tongue is French (this is mandatory)
You speak
English fluently:
You maintain an overview even with
large amounts of data thanks to your
systematic way of working:
You have experience with or can quickly familiarize yourself with
CMS, database systems, Google Sheets and their
filter systems:
You are absolutely
confident in using the computer with a lot of open tabs at the same time
