Your tasks

Keep our customers happy - Customer satisfaction is a main pillar within supply chain management Automotive (SCMA) and that is why our international team is connecting logistic processes all over the world to serve our customers' specific rules and process.

You can be part of this team as an intern (M/F/diverse) starting from April 2024 for a 6 months mandatory internship.

It is also possible to combine a compulsory share with a voluntary internship of up to 3 months. The activity mostly takes place at the location on site.

Your tasks:

Analysis and reports of customer evaluations within worldwide Continental plants (Excel/ Internal Software)
Follow up together with our plants on customer logistic evaluations as a central function
Collaboration in projects of robotic process automatization, customer complaint management and internal performance measurement systems.
Supporting customer logistic process trainings and workshops for our locations
Assistance by creation of documents and presentations
Update and maintenance of our internal social media platform and other communication interfaces
Supporting of general Logistics Performance Optimization
Improvement of existing processes

Profile:

Students (M/F/diverse) of economics, engineering or a comparable field of study
Safe handling of the MS Office-Programs (especially with MS Excel)
Fluent in English and basic knowledge of German (spoken & written)
Excellent communication skills
Independent work style and customer orientation
High motivation, systematic working method, Team

- and Communication Skills
