AERQ is a joint venture between LG Electronics and Lufthansa Technik which stands for the digitalization of the airplane cabin.

We develop and manufacture innovative aircraft components designed to enhance the passenger experience and enable new perspectives for airlines.

Headquartered in Hamburg, we are utilizing expertise and experience from both of our founding members and are currently expanding our operations.

We are currently looking for a


Working Student (Werkstudentin) for General Administration (f/m/d):


Starting date:
October 2024
You will be working within our General Administration team which is part of our Finance & Operations department. We are looking for a working student to help us with office administration tasks.


What you will do:


  • Assist in the organization and planning of meetings and events
  • Support our travel management as well as handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Help with maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Support communication with property management and external service providers
  • Work closely with our Office Manager
  • Assist with the expat support for our colleagues from Korea
  • Help with other adhoc administrative duties as needed
  • You will be encouraged to contribute your own ideas and solutions

Who you are:


  • You are a student at university or college, possible courses: business administration (BWL), economics (VWL), management or other
  • Very good organizational and communication skills
  • You are flexible and have a handson, proactive, and solutionsoriented mindset
  • Some initial practical experience in an office management/administrative role
  • Good English and German skills, Korean skills would be an advantage
  • Good skills in MS Office
  • Independent way of working and professional appearance
  • You live/study in Hamburg or the surrounding area and are willing to work in the office
