Job Description:

Provide legal support to our Enterprise Sales teams and to our internal GDPR organization
Support the Legal and Compliance department in all daytoday operations and projectrelated tasks
Conduct contract negotiations with customers
Establish and improve internal compliance procedures and processes
Develop and strengthen standards in TeamViewer's commercial advisory and GDPR compliance
Develop strong relationships, drive excellence and become a trusted sparring partner for our internal business departments

Qualifications:

Several years of professional experience in a modern organization, preferably in software or Software related industry
Indepth understanding of EU and German privacy concepts
A passion for generating transparency and solving problems
Proven track record of analyzing workflows/ processes/systems and effectively documenting them to clearly and concisely articulate issues
Good analytical and conceptional skills, complemented by solid communication skill and teamspirit
Due to the nature of the role you can communicate fluently in English and German
