Your tasks

  • Develop and maintain Reporting System related to applicable legal Sustainability framework's requirements for Group Purchasing Sustainability, including KPI framework to measure process effectiveness and efficiency, as well as documenting Purchasing Sustainability process execution in an auditproof manner for groupsector and groupwide Sustainability reporting, in alignment with other related functions within Group Purchasing Sustainability and Group / Group Sector Sustainability. Prepare related reports
  • Coordinate rule development and conduct rule maintenance for Management System of Group Purchasing Sustainability through work instructions and guidebooks, in alignment with relevant functions in Group Purchasing Sustainability and Group and Group Sector Sustainability. Continuous improvement of respective rules, share knowledge with other purchasing departments
  • Develop and conduct Sustainabilityrelated trainings for purchasing community and targeted suppliers in alignment with relevant functions in Group Purchasing sustainability; report training status to Group Purchasing Sustainability, to Team Lead and GS RVCO
  • Collect and monitor legal requirements related to Sustainability and analyze impact to purchasing organization in alignment with G and GS Sustainability, as well as other functions within Group Purchasing Sustainability
  • Prepare Sustainabilityrelated input for purchasing strategy meetings
  • Align with related function in the Rollout of Purchasing Sustainability Management System within Group Sector Tires to decentral Purchasing Organizations

Profile:


  • Master degree in Sustainability, Business Administration or similar field
  • You have indepth experience in Sustainability, Analytics or Purchasing
  • You have experience in project management teams, possibly first project leading experience
  • You are fluent English (spoken and written)
  • You have a very good knowledge of MS Office programs especially Excel, Power Point and Teams
  • You bring high motivation and excellent communication & presentation skills
  • You bringing high ability to work in a (virtual) team & intercultural competence
