Our team is growing and therefore we are looking for an experienced and passionate Project Manager.

The overall task of the position is to assure state-of-the art project management execution within the framework of the Infineon tool landscape for all projects being operated at the Automotive Microcontroller (MC) Business Line.

Overarching targets are improvement of project execution quality, process improvements and execution compliance.

Your responsibility will span from supporting our Project Managers (PJM) by consulting them with tooling issues via support on reporting methodology up to controlling and improving the overall project data healthiness.

In your new role you will:

Consult and train the Project Managers (PJMs) on how to use templates in particular situations
Support the Project Managers to
improve their reporting by using Business Line specific and corporate dashboards and identify improvement potentials for project reporting
Maintain our
PJM Information Platform , our
dashboards for project execution and facilitate our PJM
information broadcast channel:
Drive process improvements to cater for project data healthiness

Work closely with internal interfaces like Project Managers from other divisions and with the MC's Development Excellence team

This position is suitable for full
- and part-time.

You like to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and are able to communicate clearly and in a direct manner when sharing and simplifying complex information.

Working with responsibility and connected freedom in decision making processes is a spur to you. You recognize new opportunities and cooperate across boundaries to pursue them effectively. At the same time, you remain aware of the big picture.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A degree in
Industrial Engineering
, Electrical Engineering
, Management/Economics **with a technical focus or comparable
At least
+5 years of
handson experience in
Project Management

or related activities like
project operation tooling:

A distinct
supportive mindset and a
quality driven behavior:

Strong communication and
presentation skills:

Ability to act in a global and intercultural environment (Asia, India, USA, Europe)

Fluent English language skills, German skills are a plus
