Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall operation of Rooms Division, including Front of House, Housekeeping and Asaya Spa
Ensures that the various departments are run according to brand standards.
Supervises the overall activities of Front of House, Housekeeping and Asaya Spa.
Manage, support and motivate the Rooms Division team to deliver extraordinary experiences to guests.
Monitors the associates of these operations to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition, in line with brand standards at all times.
Manage guest feedback effectively, uses guest issues and compliments to activate long term improvements in products and services, sharing best practice across the organization.
Control and optimize the Rooms Division's departmental profit maximizing revenue and minimizing costs.
Assist in preparing business forecasts and Annual Budget for the division.
Conduct walkthroughs at appropriate times and leads by personal example in terms of guest interaction.
Monitor productivity guidelines for all Rooms departments, maximizing profits.
Ensure an efficient and effective use of the resources within the division.
Actively participates in and leads recruitment and talent development for the Division / Department, to meet both current and future needs. Ensure up to date knowledge of areas through "hands on" involvement; regularly assisting in undertaking duties to maintain high standards.

About Us:

Rosewood Munich opened in fall 2023 as the brand's first property in Germany and seventh property in Europe.

Housed in two landmark, historical buildings comprised of the former headquarters of the State Bank of Bavaria and the adjacent Palais Neuhaus-Preysing, a former grand aristocratic residence, Rosewood Munich will be ideally situated on Kardinal-Faulhaber-Strasse in the heart of the historic city center.

The hotel will be located within walking distance of several of the city's most popular sites and destinations, including central Marienplatz square, the Residenz city palace, Bavarian State Opera, and the Maximilian
- and Theatinerstraße shopping districts, as well as world renowned museums. Rosewood Munich will offer 132 spacious guestrooms and suites designed to complement the property's original façade and iconic stairways, which remain well preserved and contribute to the city of Munich's ensemble of historical buildings. The property will boast an inviting lobby lounge and two distinct dining venues, which include a full service restaurant and a vibrant bar. Rosewood Munich will also feature a full service spa, which will house five treatments rooms, as well as an indoor pool and fitness area. Additionally, the hotel will include extensive meetings and events spaces to accommodate a variety of private gatherings, conferences, and special events for up to 400 guests.
