Join our team in Germany as a full-time Operations Associate to enhance operational and investment processes at BPI.

In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, directly impacting the efficiency and success of our investment strategies.

You will support our people and internal platform operations, our fund investment portfolio, and our critical ESG strategy. We seek an energetic, self-motivated professional with a proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail.

What we would expect from you
:

23+ years experience in relevant crossfaculty roles. Professional experience in operations and understanding of investment/ VC sector a plus.
Ability to thrive in fastpaced, dynamic working environments with a variety of different tasks.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills to communicate across diverse teams and with a variety of different stakeholders.
Proficiency taking on responsibility across a range of work verticals, operating with quick turnaround timelines and good stakeholder management.
Teamoriented attitude, capability to work well in distributed teams and in remote working environments.
Strong capabilities working with the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
English & German language proficiency

Your responsibilities:

Fund Investments:

Help manage our fund of fund portfolio including screening, onboarding and reporting alongside regular touchpoints with the funds.

Impact & ESG:

Drive BPI's Sustainability & ESG initiatives including conducting annual surveys, analysing and presenting key findings, and integrating these into our investment processes.

People & Processes:

Drive internal processes and represent BPI as key co-ordinator in matters such as iSecurity and Data Privacy. Guide the recruitment process to bring in new talent for BPI.
