The Role:

For our team in
Hamburg, we are looking for a
Head of HR Business Partner (m/w/d).


In this role you will be an influential and pivotal member of the P&C DACH Cluster Leadership Teams, responsible for leading a team of 4 HR BP's whilst delivering the Group, Functional and People & Culture strategy, the related strategic initiatives and ensure the operational delivery and implementation of Operational Models.


Additionally, you will provide leadership and expertise to drive the agenda in the areas of behaviours, Connections, DE&I, succession planning, talent management, change management, L&D and performance management across GSC.


Key accountabilities:


  • Providing strong leadership on people related issues
  • Ensuring all global P&C processes are managed and communicated for effective execution
  • Providing strong support and guidance in performance management, driving an appropriate performance culture in DACH cluster
  • Ensuring high quality succession planning, talent processes and local talent initiatives are in place to ensure local talents are identified & nurtured and to feed the Group Talent Pipeline
  • Drive strategic agenda around Connections, behaviours, DE&I etc.
  • Strengthening capabilities by proactively identifying and addressing capability gaps and development needs and addressing with the L&D function through a strong and dynamic learning and leadership development offering
  • Being responsible for ensuring effective employee relations culture through regular and timely dialogue with Works Council
  • Ensuring effective leadership and delivery and guidance of change programmes as required
  • Driving a mindset around engagement to improve business results by supporting People Leaders with analysis of data and continuous action planning
  • Role modelling the P&C Operating Model through use of Workday and by building and maintaining excellent working relationships with Group P&C CoEs and local P&C Operations team
  • Leading the P&C BP Team supporting their professional development and ensuring a strong business partner, specialist and operational support

Skills & Experience:


Essential

  • Master's Degree and/or relevant experience in P&C
years of experience in different P&C positions, particularly in strategic HRBP roles

  • Broad crossfunctional commercial understanding
  • Proven strategic capability
  • Diversity of thinking
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Solid knowledge in Labour Law
  • Project Management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as Leadership / Leadership Expectation skills
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Collaboration with (G)WC
  • Knowledge of FMCG industry and matrix organisations is an asset

  • Certified Facilitator for 360 Feedbacks
