Job Summary:


We are looking for a CSR who will be responsible for our back office activities related to order management, design handling and logistics, linked to operational excellence which also includes offering quality service with innovative solutions to drive customer satisfaction.

In this permanent role you will be
based in Hochheim, Germany.


What you will do:

As Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring and implementing order management processes (decor administration, order administration, invoicing and logistics)
  • Customer care through Salesforce system
  • Maintaining reports for sales and delivery handling
  • Close collaboration with front office to provide the best possible service to customers
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and advancing the supply chain service level in packaging material and additional material
  • Constant communication with production planning to ensure on time and full orders confirmation
  • Constant communication with logistics team in regards of deliveries
  • Taking special tasks and independent projects (further development of key figures)

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize amongst them
  • Ability to work independently and take additional tasks

Fluent German language skills and business level of English proficiency:

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • SAP experience is an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or similar
  • Good communication skills and being a team player
